Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup butter or shortening
1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten, or substitute
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Sift cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla, sweetener, eggs. Stir until well-blended and add the dry ingredients. Mix until well-blended, stir in chopped nuts, pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Level batter smoothly. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.

You never know who you're going to meet in space. Carefair reports:

Seventy-seven year old Buzz Aldrin recently had cosmetic surgery. The astronaut told radio personality, Howard Stern that he had the face lift to make his ‘droopy jaws’ firmer. In his interview, Aldrin said that he decided to have the face lift at his age because he “has a trophy wife”, although he also noted that she was the same age as he is but looks much younger.

Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, reportedly had the procedure done at the Lasky Clinic, located in Beverly Hills.
